To begin your evening, you'll be greeted with passed appetizers including Ahi Tartare and Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese. *During this reception, there will be a mystery library wine tasting*.
Dinner will be served at 7:30pm.
1st Course - Spring Mixed Lettuce with Watercress and Endive, Sauteed Apples, Roquefort Cheese, Toasted Pecans, Golden Raisins with Cranberry Orange Vinaigrette
